Seitdem ich nun mit Hubzilla auch Webseiten generiere, habe ich schon zwei kleine Wordpress-Server eingespart. Hubzilla hilft sparen! :-)

Hey Stefan,
I've translated this message from German to English and if everything is correct, you say you "saved" two wordpress installations using hubzilla.
Since I use wordpress for my daily work, I was wondering how could you do that. I mean, using and extending wordpress with all those themes and plugins is pretty easy, how can you manage websites with hubzilla? I find it pretty hard, if you are now a coder, but maybe I'm wrong here.
I'm not a coder, but I have some programming knowledge, so maybe this could be very helpful to know for people like me, neither end user nor programmer.
Also, I suppose you managing everything by yourself and no end user is encharged to edi content in those websites, but again I'd be delighted to be proven wrong!

this was pretty easy for me, as those Wordpress-Sites have been only for information or only "static text", which I also could have done with some HTML Files. Sure, for themes and eyecandy you have to be a coder on Hubzilla, but for that @
Haakon Meland Eriksen (Parlementum)
is doing a good job to help getting notcoders a fine website on Hubzilla.
I was quite fond of the pages I had and I knew I can't get that eyecandy here...so far. But at the end having all in one place and doing some advertisment for the fediverse, I am ok with the result.

Oh, and sorry for the german language. As there is not much german documentation, I have decided to use german. I hope the translator will give a good result. Or - just ask. :-)

Anyway my goal is not to use static content, so this is not my use case. For a moment I got excited ... but who knows, in the future it will be something doable ;)
