RSS feed as channel posts

Hi, I have a channel und I would like to have an RSS feed pulled into that channel as channel posts. I know that I can get RSS feeds into my network posts by simple add a RSS URL as a connection, but they will not appear as channel posts. They will only be visible in my network activities.
Any tipps on how I can accomplish what I want to do?

just to clarify how it should look like
e.g. I have one single RSS feed which has 10 posts. Then in my channel there should also be 10 channel posts which channel subscriber can see as a channel post and also be able to comment on each channel post.

@RockyIII 🇺🇦 I've activated the plugin but don't know how how to get those posts into my channel as channel posts.
I can specify a channel name as a source, but which channel should I specify? My own channel name? That didn't help to get the RSS posts as channel posts. The RSS URL is also not accepted (error - "could not create source - no channel selected" or so).
I've activated , (Translated) send as channel author

@Whale This is very interesting, but also have no idea how this should work. I have established another channel with only RSS feeds, but can't import them with the same error.

@Stefan Haydn @Whale The trick is you have to add the desired RSS channel as a connection first, then you can choose it in channel sources App as source Channel name.

Hmmm...something isn't working. I don't get the feeds into my timeline. This is what I have done:
- created a Hubzilla channel for RSS feeds
- filled that one with a couple of RSS feeds
- connected the feeds channel to this channel
- made the feeds channel on this channel as source

@oRx-Qx pirateradio I followed the procedure you mention but it's still not working.
I thought it might be a contact role issue and I've granted the connection all permissions there are in a new role, but that didn't help either.
RSS Feed of the channel is working, but I noticed that not all RSS Posts are coming into the network stream. Perhaps only half or on third actually arrive =(arround 8 posts every few hours). However the feed has 20 - 30 posts in the same time frame. Not sure if there is a limitation on the number of RSS posts and whether something may break if there are most posts.
Have you got this working in your channel with many or just a few RSS post?

@Whale So RSS as connection works. If channel stream does not have all RSS items, it depends. Maybe there is something wrong with RSS compatibility, so the items do not have required fields or unique IDs. I do not have many posts per hour in RSS.

When you choose this contact in channel sources App is it correctly created source and posts are not appearing as channel posts? Do you limit something in settings?

@Stefan Haydn It cannot work. You have to make RSS connections as channel sorces on your receiver channel. If you dont, that channel has RSS items in its stream but does not post them, so if you connect such channel you receive nothing and making it a source does also nothing

- enable RSS feeds in Administration
- connect to RSS feeds in connections (as I connect to other users)
- Open sources app and connect RSS feeds from above with it
- I am able to comment on RSS feeds now

Yes, that was the right thing to do. Finally I managed to get it working. Let's see if every feed is working now. Thanks @oRx-Qx pirateradio for your patience.
