Birdsite
I can't see activities from the account
https://beta.birdsite.live/users/philippepoutou
with #
Hubzilla
It works with #
Mastodon
and #
Misskey
.
Any ideas before I create yet another issue?

Does this work for you?

beta.birdsite.live is just like a wrapper for Twitter than nitter is, I guess. I use nitter (there are some other instances out there) and it works perfectly with Hubzilla.

Nitter doesn't provide #
ActivityPub
activities.

what does birdsite exactly ?
If you want to follow a twitter account don´t think that birdsite can provide #
ActivityPub
activities...
But you can follow easy a twitter account here by importing a rrs feed of an twitter account provided by nitter.
For Cross-post to Twitter there is a special Hubzilla addon

Birdsite is a bridge between twitter and ActivityPub
Hence, the #
ActivityPub
provided...
#
Mastodon
can follow activities from Birdsite, and can't follow RSS feeds.
Many Hubzilla hubs can't follow RSS feeds (option desactivated by hubmins). So stop talking about Nitter or RSS, its out of subject.
Here, we have a AP compatibility issue with Hubzilla. @
Interfed

so how is birdsite getting the infos about posting on Twitter?
Must be some kind of scraping or a nitter like rss feed of an Twitter account and than this feed is transposed into ActivityPub so that Mastodon can handle it - OK - and Hubzilla can´t handle it... Hmm :-(
